This Privacy Policy describes how Correctionle Editorial S.L. ('Correctionle', 'we') processes the personal data you provide when visiting correctionle.com or using the contact form. It was drafted in February 2026 and is updated as our practices or the applicable regulatory framework in the European Union and Spain evolve.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Correctionle Editorial S.L., with Spanish Tax ID B-09872341 and registered office at Calle de Hermosilla 48, 4th floor left, 28001 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us by email at privacy@correctionle.com or by post at the same address, indicating ‘Privacy’ on the envelope.

2. Data we process

We only process data you choose to provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. We do not request sensitive data, banking details or identification documents. In addition, when you browse the site we collect basic technical information (device type, language, pages read) only if you have accepted the analytical or advertising cookies through the consent banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to reply to your editorial query (execution of a pre-contractual request), to keep the site secure (legitimate interest) and, with your explicit consent, to measure site performance and show relevant ads via Google Consent Mode v2 (consent). We never use your data for automated profiling with significant legal effects.

4. Retention

We keep received messages for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last communication, unless applicable law requires a longer period. Technical records linked to analytical or advertising cookies are kept according to the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients

Your data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by law. To operate the site we use hosting providers located in the European Union and, if you have accepted advertising cookies, tools from Google Ireland Ltd., which may involve international transfers covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to privacy@correctionle.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

7. Changes to this policy

When we change this Privacy Policy we publish the updated version on this same page, indicating the date of the latest revision. If the changes are substantial, we will also communicate them through a visible notice on the homepage for a reasonable period.
