Correctionle was founded in Madrid in 2024 as a digital editorial project focused on explaining real estate crowdlending without noise. We do not sell financial products: we document how projects in the sector work and translate them into everyday language.
We work with a small team of editors, technical architects and urban analysts. Our office is in Salamanca, Madrid, and we collaborate with professionals based in Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Seville and Málaga.
If you arrive with basic questions, perfect. If you arrive with prior experience, also welcome. The idea is that anyone can read a project card and understand what they are looking at.
- ✓Independent editorial with no commercial pressure
- ✓Plain language, without unnecessary jargon

What our readers say
Comments received by email during 2024 and 2025.
I had been reading about the topic for months and could not find a site that explained it without selling me anything. Here I finally understood the difference between a residential and a logistics project.
The project cards are short but useful. They helped me prepare questions before talking to a traditional real estate adviser.
I like that they do not use grand words. It feels like a small magazine made by people who know the topic and respect it.
